To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% retainer. Dates are not held until both are received. Contact us directly for availability and booking details.

🔹 How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons. Many brides secure their date 6-12 months in advance.

🔹 Do you offer trials?
Yes! Our bridal preview sessions are designed to perfect your look before the big day. If you're a destination bride, we can arrange your trial around your schedule, such as the day before your wedding.

🔹 Do you travel for weddings and events?

Yes! We love to travel for weddings. We include complimentary travel within a 30-mile radius of Bentonville with no additional fees. For weddings beyond that, we’re happy to travel anywhere—including destination weddings worldwide! Let us know your location, and we’ll provide a custom travel quote.

We allocate ample time for a stress-free, luxury experience, ensuring every detail is perfected. Exact timing will be provided in your personalized beauty timeline.

✨ Do you offer services for bridesmaids and other guests?
Yes! Our a la carte beauty services allow you to customize hair and makeup options for your entire bridal party and special guests. Contact us for tailored recommendations.

Pricing & Policies

📌 How much do your services cost?
Pricing is based on date, location, service selection, and our luxury experience. Contact us for a customized quote. Bridal Experiences start at $300.

📌 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo and Cash App. PayPal (+5% fee) will be accepted for international clients.

📌 What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both our clients and our team. Retainers are always non-refundable. Any reductions in services must be made at least 60 days before the wedding; otherwise, the full original balance is due. If the entire contract is canceled within 60 days of the wedding, the full balance remains non-refundable.

📌 Is gratuity included?

We include gratuity in the final balance for your convenience. Industry standard of gratuity recommendation is 20-24% to your artists. If you wish to add more than industry standard, it is welcome to your artists.
